Following an extensive evaluation of the training options available in the marketplace, the reason that we chose AchieveGlobal was due to the fact that their material was based on sound, best-practice research. In addition, we felt that the AchieveGlobal methodology best reflected the customer-focused approach and culture that we were developing within Mico Metals.
Our observations of the AchieveGlobal material are that they are extremely practical, applicable and very effective in delivering the sorts of behaviour that we intended. The training build is also very effective in ensuring that the team buy-in to the concepts being taught. AchieveGlobal also recognise the importance of the pre and post training components such as Managers’ communication, prework and reinforcement components – their efforts in these areas have meant that the training has a firm grounding and will continue to be developed internally for the long term.
