Having personally attended Professional Selling Skills through Xerox Learning Systems in the past, I was in a good position to endorse the training for my team, both in a previous role and in my current position.  I recognise the success of our sales team being dependent upon the strength of the relationships that they can develop with their customers. The skills developed in this course are the building blocks towards the robust and long-lasting relationships that we are trying to develop.
